Draft, pending legal review
This page is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by a South African attorney and may change before TwoKeys launches.
Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026 (placeholder)
Full terms of use will be published before the TwoKeys app launches. Until then, this placeholder covers the website and waitlist.
This website
This website tells you about TwoKeys and lets you join a waitlist. Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account or guarantee access, and it doesn't cost anything.
Not counselling
TwoKeys offers wellbeing tools for couples. It is not counselling, therapy or medical advice, and it's not an emergency service. If you're in danger, call SAPS on 10111. If you need support, the helplines on our home page are free or low-cost and confidential.
What TwoKeys may never be used for
The app's terms will prohibit using TwoKeys to monitor, track or control anyone without their knowledge and consent, setting up an account for someone else, or any use by or for people under 18.
Still to come
- Account and eligibility rules (18+, one person per account).
- Subscription, billing and cancellation terms under the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA, if paid features are introduced. Safety features will always be free.
- Acceptable use, abuse reporting and how we respond.
- Liability, governing law (South Africa) and how to contact us.
